These are a simple and yet effective way to structure your own personal workout. The cards are easy to read, each has a depiction of how the exercise is performed, and they are color coded to target area, e.g. core or abs. In addition, they are clearly marked as to beginner level or intermediate or advanced, so you can sort the cards according to your level. I think I'm going to be using these a lot.
