My holistic doc recommended I increase my Vitamin B level to between 100 to under 200 mg to help with depleted energy/motivation levels. I was already taking the Blue Bonnet Stress complex capsule, which contains 50 mg B-6; however, had started taking it sporadically somewhat as a test to determine if I really needed it ... I found out indeed it does have an affect if I don't take it regularly. Now taking one of these daily for a total of 100mg daily of B6, together with 4t of Carlsons omega daily, my energy levels and motivation are back to acceptable levels. Bluebonnet is a brand I rely on for other supplements as well and they have always been trustworthy and are on the approved list of Consumer Labs, a paid subscription with a wealth of information.

I'm glad I found these since they seem to be "better" for you. I don't think they have been very effective for me personally with my pregnancy nausea but it can't hurt... They are larger than other pills I've seen. It would be nice if they were a little smaller so they'd be easier to swallow.

I believe this helps me. Because of a gene mutation I require much more B12 and B6. I don’t absorb those well so I need to take extra. You need a doctor or a Naturopath to advise.

All together I truly enjoy this product. It doesn’t really have any weird smells. It is easy to swallow. The best part is that I know it has good and healthy ingredients! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for B6 capsules.
