These are flapping away in high winds all over the Himalayas and on windy days hear the noise is so familiar . Well made but if I was the manufacturer I would put another eyelet mid way down to keep the flag near the pole but I have modified it easily and it now looks better . I hope it is fade resistant as stated and after about 6 months it looks as though it is . Hope this helps your buying decision . The cotton ones in Nepal do look better with the flag gradually wearing out at the tips of the triangles and conforms to Buddhist traditions that everything , every moment, is changing .

This is a wonderful flag. It is super lightweight, which is convenient for me since I'm hanging it on my wall. Unfortunately, while I was ironing the wrinkles out, I accidentally melted a hole through it! (I have never ironed anything in my life before, so it was definitely my mistake!) For other ironing novices out there, make sure to use a low heat on this! I ordered a new one since this is a perfect quality flag!
