I purchased this product about 6 months before I was able to install it. My contractor kept having staffing issues because of covid. I understand the first problem is my own fault. When I finally opened the box there was missing hardware. I did reach to the vendor and I never got a response. I'm assuming since it had been a while since I ordered it, again my fault. The motor itself is strong and runs great. The sensors on the other hand are subpar. Everything worked great for about a month, then the open senor stopped registering and the gate opens way past the stopping point and constantly gets stuck. When It does get unstuck it will not get passed the open sensor. The problem is that the full open senor doesn't work when it goes passed the full open position, but it works when I try to close the gate from the full open position and the gate gets stuck in a open position. I then have to get the key and unlock it which is an inconvenience, I dealt with that since it wasn't too often that we let it happen, but then the lever you use to manually unlock the gate broke after the third time I used it. I am now screwed if it opens all the way again. Buy at your own risk. I gave it two stars because the motor is solid and it was an easy setup.
