This blanket was a great choice! I’m not sure what other reviews were talking about when they said it was flat or that it tore. Yes, when I received it, it was flat, but it was also tightly rolled into its package. You’ve got to give it time to fluff up. I immediately took it out, unrolled it, and laid it out on the bed to air out. I examined it closely for dirt, rips, smudges (anything I read about in the reviews) and nothing. I then put it in the washer. It washed and dried just fine with no issues, no rips, no burn marks, nothing. It came out exactly as it went in (except cleaner :)). It has 4 ties in each corner to tie to the duvet, and it fits my 88x92 duvet perfectly (some reviews say it’s not this size but I disagree bc mine fits perfect). Lastly, it’s extremely comfortable, maybe a medium heavy (which is perfect for me), soft, warm, and all the other wonderful adjectives you can think of in a blanket. Keep in mind it’s an alternative, not a feather down, but I don’t mind that at all! I gladly give this 5 stars for the quality and for the price.
