Q: is this 120 volt 15amp ?

Yes 110 or 120 volt USA power. 125V is noted in the label. Also Says 10 amps 1250 watts

Q: is the cord plastic or rubber?

It appeared to be identical with the original equipment. I don't think that there are any 'real' rubber cords being used today.

Q: I cut my cord on my skil saw...the print on the cord says. lorom e207287 sjt 14awgx2c 60 degee 300v ....will this replacement work?

no, the original was a14 /2 the replacement is a 16/2 and is not heavy enough for your saw, it draws a lot of power.

A money saver

Got a bit carried away one day cutting up some scrap lumber and sliced through the original cord on my circular saw. I like the reliability of a corded power tool and replacing one is expensive these day. This was easy to install after watching a quick YouTube video.

Nice replacement cord

My application was a Makita angle grinder. This cord is a nice flexible rubber clad cord. It was 6 inches shorter than the original and was also marginally larger in diameter. I was able to reuse the OEM strain reliever however it was a challenge to get the cord inserted into the strain reliever. The small increase in diameter made for a very tight fit. Had to soak it in hot water and lubricate the cord to install it in the strain reliever. The cord had the proper connector (eye) already attached to the hot lead. Have since used the grinder and it works and handles fine.
