    Love it So Much I've Bought Two

I originally purchased this for an anniversary gift.  It took a little experimenting with the first time in order to get the seal right, but the dry aging worked and made for some amazing steaks.  We enjoyed it so much I bought a second one this Christmas for my uncle.  He was thrilled.

I used this kit to dry age a 20 lb prime ribeye loin. All I can say is WOW! First of all the umai bags do exactly what they claim. Anyone can dry age beef with this method. Also the vacuum sealer while a simple design works absolutely amazing. Pulls a great vacuum and seals very well. If you want to turn a 10.00 steak into a 100.00 steak buy this kit. It is awesome.
