I’m 3 weeks away from my first hip replacement, I have less than 20% cartilage remaining. Most of my pain of course is in my hips, but also in nearly every joint except ( luckily) my back. My pain doctor recommended a compound similar to this last year, but I’m a fan of Solgar so I tried it two months agoFor me, within an hour I see at least 40 to 50 % reduction in pain without any other medication. If I take it with an NSAID it will improve relief. I ran out of it and started using Solgar #7 Veg Caps. The #7s do take a few days for relief but they also work. Hope this helps

This form of curcumin seems to have helped more than all the other forms that I have tried, and I have tried all the major brands (the only kind I have yet to try is the Longvida form). It has lessened the aching in my upper back, and it did so with the very first dose; I have been taking it for about a week, at one, or occasionally two, gelcaps daily. I can only hope that I continue to get results like this with continued use, and that it will do many of the other things I've read that turmeric/curcumin can do for the body. Some of the other reviews stated that their capsules were stuck together, but I didn't have any problem like that.

A large pill but it is really effective. I paired this with the Number 7 from Solgar and all of the people who have tried these 2 products rave about how great they feel.

Comprei 2 vidros. Abri um e estavam não grudadas que não conseguia pegar. Forcei uma capsula estourou deixei minha mão e unhas toda amarelada. O produto foi feito recentemente? Pela minha experiência as capsulas vem separadas umas das outras.

I have had a knee problem since May 2017 and was struggling to run my usual 8/10K. I damaged my knee in preparation for a half marathon. Since taking these everyday my knee has improved dramatically .I am now back to where I was before. This isn't scientific evidence and my knee may have improved on its own but I feel there is a correlation. I also had a week snowboarding in Feb this year 2018 and the only day I felt any discomfort was the day I forgot to take the Curcumin. It is Turmeric in general which I am endorsing and not this brand in particular. I am sure Curcumin from other brands is also effective.
