When I ordered the first strand of these beads I wasn't sure what they would look like. They day that they arrived and I saw them I went straight to my computer and ordered a second set. Love them! Such an interesting look to them. They hardest thing about ordering is deciding what type of wood you want them to be inlaid into. I got the Rosewood but I was so very tempted on others which I am sure look just as amazing. ( those others may be my third and fourth order!) I am pretty sure you will not regret these beads. I plan to use them with other Abalone focal beads, Amazonite , Sea Sediment Jasper and who knows??? Such beautiful colors in Abalone they work with all sorts of various bead colors. Excited to use them!!

The Kamagong are smaller than other similarly marked beads...9 to 10mm seems more like 8 to 9mm. I still have to make these work for a project.

I've been working with abalone & spiny oyster. This strand of beads is way more beautiful in person, the picture doesn't do the beads full justice. I'm sure you'll appreciate the selection if you choose to purchase.
