Very helpful in understanding many influences and beliefs that are now widespread in our western culture, and their subtle effects. Explains their origin and original uses in the far eastern religions from which they came.

If you ever had any doubts about the spiritual side of Yoga, read this! When people say to me “But I love the breathing exercises”, I now reply, “But did you know those ‘calming’ breathing exercises are preparing you for death”! Not so nice now eh? A MUST READ if you want the truth! “The truth will set you free” do you want freedom or captivity?
