This is just Tylenol and acedominophin but the difference in the product is night and day. If I take 2 you can count me out for at least 3 hours. My nephew slept for 6 hours with 1 and he weighs about 180. They work so much better. They're just hard to find. So I just order them all the time.

Good price on these hard to find in stores pain killers. I've used them for over 30 years. Great for backaches, headaches and menstrual cramps from years ago and also rotator cuff problems with a Price that runs in a good category.

It is better than ibuprofen in my opinion.
