I love this stuff. It travels well in a baggie although I did have to explain to a TSA guy what it was… works great in recipes and beverages both hot and cold.

Does not have as much coconut flavor as I had hoped, but it does have a nice creamy texture when added to coffee. Dissolves pretty well. Looks and smells fresh. Tastes better than a regular powdered coffee creamer.

There is white residue that does not dissolve even in hot water, which I can observe in every cup after using this milk. It does not have any taste. I do not know what that is, maybe Titanium dioxide? Taking powder into the mouth, it has a sand-like texture.

I’m not sure if they’ve change formulations but it’s not the same texture and not as creamy as it used to be. I bought a large supply before I went away in vacation and since I returned, every batch has been different from the one I used to buy. No flavor and no longer creamy. It doesn’t clump as much anymore but that was not a big issue for me as I used to mix it with a frother. I like the previous formulation more.

I decided to add coconut milk to saffron to make my own replica of a popular uplifting natural saffron drink mix. This coconut is the only one that was affordable and super clean ingredients! Ever Terrasoul had added ingredients as a preservative, even if they were plant based, I was looking for the cleanest. This is the best one! Blends in super smoothly, tastes amazing. This size is going to last a long time. I also tried it with my turmeric milk mix, and it’s delicious! You should always have black pepper and some sort of cream based liquid in turmeric to increase absorption. I don’t know if that’s the same for saffron, but it’s worth doing!
