I order a lot of stuff on amazon, just like anyone else. But with that comes downsides. Like lost packages. I ordered this mug because i had a coffee mug that couldn't hold any heat. After 1 hour of putting steaming hot coffee in it, would turn lukewarm by the time i got to work. I had a mug similar to this about a year ago but the lid broke. I had to get another one like it. Because it retains heat for hours. At least 3-4 hours which is what i was looking for. I gave it 5 stars not only because this is a great mug that will keep your liquid hot for 3-4 hours, but also the size is perfect. However i just want to include that usually when packages get lost, like my mug did, amazon is quick to remedy the issue. I know there are a lot of dishonest people but there are also a lot of honest people. When my package said delivered, i looked everywhere for it. I have packages at my doorstep nearly everyday. But when this package said delivered, with a note that said, "left inside the residence mailbox", i'm thinking wait, i don't have a mailbox, i have a MAIL SLOT. Through the front door. And we all know this mug would NOT fit in a mail slot. So of course some lucky person, maybe on my block, or maybe in the next street got a free cool mug to use. And amazon was courteous enough to send me another one no questions asked. Good mug but great customer service!

We bought this in October of 24 and I am still amazed at how great the insulation is. We use it for iced coffee and there's always ice leftover. Yesterday we went on a 3 hour hike and after sitting in the car, there was still ice and cold coffee. My husband has left it in the car overnight and there's still ice in the morning. Great cup!!

Seems like a good cup. I recommend getting a different lid that has a seal. This lid will splash up. The cup retained the temperature well. It is a bright red and is not similar to the photo.

Keeps coffee hot all morning. Size and width is perfect for hands and cupholders. Plus it fits my Keurig exactly. Sure is nice to be able to comfortably carry coffee into the office without having to burn my hands on the walk in.

Perfect for engraving

I usually use Thermos Tumblers. They keep my coffee hotter longer, they are spill proof but they get moldy and they take effort to keep clean. THIS tumbler does not keep coffee as hot and it is not spill proof. It is easier to clean and it does not harbor mold as easily as the Thermos brand does. For a short car trip this is my go to coffee cup.
