In the early chapters, the author emphasised the simplicity of the techniques taught and indeed I couldn't agree more. The best part is that he claims to have tested these methods with his clairvoyant friends and what remains are the most effective stuff. Initially I wanted to buy this book from my local pranic healing Centre here but was rejected. They asked me to take the first few levels of their courses before I have access to this book. Unfortunately, I just wanted some thing I can use to protect myself and have no interest to become a pranic healer. Anyway, I managed to find this book here and bought it immediately. I strongly believes GM Choa would have wanted to share his system with the world without all the exclusiveness. This book is definitely a good buy!

I had to write a review for this truly priceless book. I have been collecting books on spirituality for years and have many on my shelf - and this immediately became my favorite. It is easy to understand with useful and lovely illustrations. The techniques can be applied immediately. I will reference this book for years to come!

I have purchased 5 different books on "Psychic Self-Defense". This is the only one of the five which provides the straight "How to's" and the "Why's" without a lot of background, self-promoting, and frivolous information.I truly have been able to use this book from the first time I opened it to today.I highly recommend this title if you want practical, useful advice. But then again, the title says it all!
