Gluten free soft almond biscuits, made with current harvest prunus dulcis and prunus amara almonds, freshly ground by the baker, local honey and organic eggs. Common amaretti are made using pre-manufactured almond paste containing preservatives. This Amaretti biscuit recipe has been perfected over three generations and the producer freshly grinds current harvest nuts, using the classic slightly bitter almond variety, as the tradition of the true amaretto biscuit demands.
