My son has T1 diabetes and need to carry insulin and all the gear with him. He's big into airsoft so we ordered a black tactical pencil bag with mille strips (Velcro) and he attached this to the front. It makes it easily identifiable and he thinks it looks cool, so it's a win. He's had it several months now and the bag it's attached to gets slung around in the way of 15 yr olds and the patch has held up well.

Hook and loop sticks perfectly fine. Reflective area looks great. I like the way it looks on my backpack. I got a WolfPack in red and I put the black star of life on it. 5 stars.
