Much needed for meno support

I've been taking these soy capsules, just one a day, for a few years to help me through menopause. They are easy to swallow and although it's difficult to say whether it's taking these capsules pr whether I've just been lucky but I really haven't had many symptoms. On that basis I'd recommend.

Good product but be aware risk of allergy
Happy with this supplement trying to avoid insipients stearic acid or magnesium stearate. I did note warning supplement manufactured on equipment which processes products containing milk, eggs wheat and soy.
