I sorta' dreaded taking the old, scratched faceplate off. Turned out to be easy. I just reversed the process to get the new faceplate on.Like turning on a bright light in a dark room. The new faceplate is clear and I can see my work much better.

This replacement clear shield is an exact replacement for the original. It resists scratching and hold up well while sandblasting. I like how it curls under you chin to help keep debris from going down the front of your shirt

They are easy to replace. Just wish they were more scratch resistant

Good thick plastic shield for grinding metal or any use of a wire wheel.

Replacement lens for my face shield.

I purchased this replacement shield bc when I ordered my face shield the only omnishielf avail for purchase was the UV shield. I purchased this clear shield bc I am an RN who is using this with CoVid patients, so UV face shield is unnecessary. I find this face shield to very easy to scratch. Thank goodness the few scratches on mine doesn’t obstruct my view. For when my view does eventually become obstructed I did purchase an anti-fog and anti-scratch resistant face shield. But this is much better quality than any hospital issued face shield, hands down. No regrets in purchasing it.
