Tons of power out of this little thing! Fantastic alternative to booster boxes or jumper cables.
Considering that a high-end set of jumper cables can cost upwards of $200, and a more traditional lead-acid booster pack can cost close to the same amount...this little thing is a game changer. My wife went out of town this morning and took our newer truck because of some snow moving through the area. After she was on her way, I went to start our '07 Tahoe to head into town, but the battery was completely flat...and my wife has our only other jumper pack with her! 😂 Uh oh. Jumped on Amazon, ordered this thing and had it delivered within 2 hours (they literally loaded it on the van and drove it DIRECTLY to our house from the hub, no other stops - thumbs up, Amazon!). It was 3/4 charged out of the box but I topped it off just to be safe; it was fully charged within a half hour. Plugged the battery cables into the power pack (which have their own voltage regulator/relay and status indicator built in, great safety feature), hooked the cables up to the battery, and the status light immediately went from "standby" to "ready". The truck fired up instantly. And I mean *instantly*, like there wasn't even a problem with the battery. No hesitation, slow cranking or sluggishness - it just turned over like nothing was wrong. Also keep in mind that this was in 20°F weather, and it was starting a pretty beefy 5.3L V8. Didn't even phase the thing, and the battery pack still showed 100% full afterwards. For $49 I was really skeptical, but I ordered this little thing in a total jam with no other means of getting my rig up and running. Within 3 hours of placing my order, that problem was solved and I was on the road. I doubt I'll ever go back to those gigantic lead-acid booster packs ever again - these Lithium Ion packs are far more portable, about 1/10th the weight and much, MUCH more powerful. It does have a little flashlight built in that isn't terribly bright but would certainly be helpful on the side of the road. The brightness isn't adjustable but it does have three modes: steady burn, SOS, and strobe. There are also two USB outputs on the side for attaching charging cables and whatnot for other devices, as well as a round connector for barrel-style plugs. The pack itself charges via the included USB-C cable. The only thing they could do better would be to include a little case or even a soft bag to stow the booster pack and cables in while they aren't being used...but then the price wouldn't only be $49, so all things being equal I'm not complaining too much. If that's the worst thing I can come up with to gripe about, they've done a pretty good job. I'll update the review if anything changes, but I am extremely impressed so far.

Works as it should, cheap
Hands down best out there for the price. Right out of the box, it cranked my car on with no hesitation. It’s small and easy to carry along in the car or backpack. I’ll be getting some more for my sister and brother

Worked As It Should When We Had to Use It
I bought this to put in our car last year in the event we need a jump start and no one with cables is around. It charged well after we bought it. Seems to be a decent quality product. It doesn't take up a lot of room in our cargo area. The only time we have used it was to jump start a lady whose car died down the street from us. I happened to see a post from her that she had died at a stop sign and her little girl was with her. We live close to the location where her car stopped and it was great to have the portable unit because our vehicle would have been sticking out in the main road to try to jump her car with jumper cables. It did what it was suppose to do and my husband jump started her battery and got her on her way.

Would recommend
I ordered this about a year ago. It worked great when I received. I tried using it the other day and it stopped work. I contacted their customer service and provided information they requested. Due to the product still being under warranty they will be sending a replacement. They responded fast and resolved. I would buy this product again.

Effective and easy to use. Longevity to be determined in Arizona climate.
Tired of calling family or asking random people for jumps, I searched Amazon for the latest jump starter technology. I was immediately surprised that this kind of product was readily available for $54, but optimistic after seeing multiple similar products with comparable price ranges and feedback. Out of the box it comes with a detailed instruction manual (which I appreciate), and a handy info-graphic/quick-start card which is a nice touch if you don't like reading manuals but want the gist of how to use the thing. Other reviews have noted that it comes with a charge and works out of the box, but I did fully charge it before first use. I needed it pretty much right away for a dead battery on my 2016 Honda Accord, so I clipped it on the battery terminals in two seconds according to the instructions, turned the key, and immediately my car started back to life. One note, is that when plugging the clamp cable into the battery, you do have to push quite hard to seat it in all the way, so I would make sure that it is aligned properly before doing so just to make sure nothing is damaged. For a one time jump start, the thing is worth 5 stars. The reason I gave 4, the device is for emergency use and I am cautiously suspicious about the life expectancy, beyond 1 initial jump, especially considering I will be leaving it in my trunk and that I live in Phoenix, AZ. Yes, the instructions for any type of battery are to not leave it in overly hot or cold conditions, and the Arizona sun in particular is known for draining batteries, HOWEVER, a jump-starter is not useful to me if I can't keep it with my vehicle. I will also be doing maintenance charges every 3 months as recommended by the manual. Will likely update pending further use when more time has passed.
