I was taking this for awhile when I was actively working to lose and was losing weight. I started to notice when I failed to take it for several days my weight loss would stall, and then I would start losing weight again when I started taking it. Time went on and I just stopped taking supplements all together. I've been feeling crappy and tired lately, unable to do anything at all and decided to take this today and wow, it's 2am and I am wide awake and have a ton of energy, I cleaned my kitchen, did a ton of laundry, shopping, errands....and felt more concentration on tasks at work. I know it has caffeine but I took this hours ago and haven't crashed like I normally do when I drink strong coffee. I think I may have not noticed the energizing effects when I initially starting taking this because I was very anemic and needed to correct that as nothing will make you feel energized if you are anemic. Also, I was reading Dr. Weil's write up on Rhodeola and Panax Ginseng and was considering ordering those supplements and then realized that this product has it. They are both supposed to help with mood and energy. I am reordering another bottle now, and this is only one of two supplements I have gone back for a second time of all the supplements I have tried in my life.

This product works ok for me. Energy comes later. Gives me a slight headache. Good to take if you don’t want to do an energy drink.

I got these first for my son. He was always so tired. Well guess who cleaned the day he got them? Then I bought them for me... I took two this morning. NOTHING works for me because I have chronic fatigue and MCTD. Very ill. Well took two pulls this morning and am speed racing in my wheelchair getting things done. Even helped with appetite. I gave up trying things. Money wasted. But because the cost of this was so good I thought I'd get some for me too. Money well spent. I don't know which ingredient does it. Look at the ingredients. ..great stuff there. I have tried many of them. I think it is because the ingredients are mixed together? I have panix...iI drink coffee etc etc nothing has worked!! Whatever it is...it's ten bucks...So many companies charge crazy prices for something little. I hate when Doctor Oz says anything because every thing triples. Not this! Seriously gonna keep buying this! Feels great to not want to lay in bed all day!!!

Not much of a difference compared to a B complex. Definitely did not have more energy. Just buy a B complex. Ironically the same company makes a good one.

I started taking two capsules in the morning as the dosage instructions recommend; however, I've switched to just one capsule in the morning as two was giving me too much energy. I'm not a heavy coffee drinker - I usually drink one cup of coffee in the morning and then sometimes a cup of decaf in the afternoon because otherwise it will keep me awake. I think the Energy pills combined with just the small amount of coffee I drink was making me have to stay awake past my regular bedtime (which is normally 10-11pm). I just wasn't tired and I'd end up staying up until 12:30 or 1:00am! I cut back to one capsule in the morning and that seems to have worked well. I am sleepy by 10-11pm just as I should be and more than ready to go to sleep, but throughout the day I feel full of energy and don't have the afternoon slump from the past. These seem to work well for me in one capsule doses.

I Am A Night Owl..Sometimes When I Want A Boost And Only Have About 4 Or 5 Hours To Sleep Before Waking Up For Work I Take 2 Of These Before I Go To Sleep.. I Wake Up SOOOOOOOOOOOO Fresh!!!!..Sometimes Before The Alarm Goes Off.. The Thing For Me Is They Don't Kick In Until About 3 Or 4 Hours After Taking Them..That Is Why I Take Them Before Sleeping..When I Wake Up I Have Super Energy ALL Day.. So If You Try Them I Suggest Take On A Day Off Or When You Have Chill Time To See How Long They Take To Kick In..:-)

This gave very very mild energy at best and neon yellow pee. I have 1 kidney, and probably ADHD, female 160lbs. I love True Focus and Brain Elevate from NOW brand they removed my brain fog and helped me get my engineering degree plus be a functional employee 6 yrs later, so figured I'd give this a shot. The first day I only took 1 pill, slightly yellow pee and very maybe mild motivation with it. Day two tried 2 pills, after an hour+ I went from tired to my foot bouncing but brain still tiredish, no racing heart or anything. Hour later I took a 2 hour nap.... considering I had full nights rest the day before.... this hardly did anything to give me much more energy. I feel like the people in these reviews have never tried an 5 hour energy shot nightime version in there life OR because my body often uses Caffeine to actually focus better vs be hyper, this stack of supps just isn't the right mix for me. Also I often feel cold when others don't, I did feel mildly warmer in a good way when this kicked in, which ever ingredient did that may be nice separate if in heavy AC Office space like mine. Also almost neon yellow pee after taking 2 pills, which google says is fine, but i feel slightly off bladder wise and am trying to drink a ton of water to flush it all out. And why is there so much Chromium in this?
