What’s the difference between the Masters and Collector’s Editions?

More coursed included in the Collector's edition, that is why I sent it back to the seller, they advertised Collector's Edition but sent me the Masters Editions. This happened twice so I still don't have the Collector's Edition. If I could be assured someone was selling the actual Collector's Edition I would buy it.

Can I play this on ps4?

Absolutely not. PS3 games do not work on the PS4 i.e physical copies of the game as far as I know. If you want to play this game, please purchase and download it from the PlayStation store. I believe it is on there. If not then you’re shit out of luck. You’ll have to buy a PS3 and then the physical copy of the game like I have. Just sayin.
