Bought two of these and loved them. Very easy to install and look nice. Had a problem with one which was quickly rectified by the company. Company response was fast, courteous and efficient.

I love this holder. My bathroom is really small so it's the details that make it what it is. I wanted sort of a spa feel, and this fit in beautifully with all the other bamboo pieces. I'm also a bathroom reader, so it works great as a reminder to finish my book 😄 It's very sturdy and well made. You definitely won't regret buying it. I'm probably gonna get one for my kid's bathroom as well because they think it's cool too 😁 The only drawback is that it barely holds the larger rolls of tp. I just don't buy them anymore 🤷🏾‍♀️

I bought this so I could have a little shelf for my phone when in the bathroom. It was easy to install- just 2 screws. I like the color and the fact that it’s wood. The only thing I don’t like is that the large rolls I buy don’t fit- I have to use them a bit before they will fit on the holder. Other than that annoying flaw, I like the product.

This is a great buy and never running out of TP is a good thing. It looks nice and the glass shelf is good for essentials or a phone if you are someone who takes their phone to the potty like hubby does. The only issue was having to use a small C clamp to adjust the metal part that holds the glass. It was too wide and needed a slight adjustment. FYI The two little screws that hold the glass in require a hex tool There are no instructions enclosed so don’t forget the little plastic strips that go between the glass and the screws. They cannot be seen once it’s in. It is sturdy and held by the enclosed three wall anchors and screws. I also like that the TP just slips over the ends, no popping out the thingy to put the roll on. Very happy with this!

It looks really nice and is a great idea but the shelf keeps falling out. Quite annoying to keep trying to put it back in. They should’ve made the glass holder a bit longer.

Looks nice in bathroom. Unfortunately, the way it's presented from seller really sucks! NO documentation. NO tool (allen wrench) for undersized button(?) screws that they provided, had to use my fingers to turn. These tiny screws (flat on both ends) screw UP through the metal and secure glass to hold in position. Screws were too short, every time I screwed they would detach at the top not even close to touching the glass. NO plate provided that buffers and holds the glass in place.After no support, my solution was to bend bottom of metal up, once I screwed the tiny screw I did hear a cracking sound when the screw pushed the glass in position. BTW, ordered a second unit cause i thought it was missing parts and seller recommended that solution, sent back once I realized it was complete. Additionally, I had to add clear cabinet tabs to help hold the glass into place. Looks nice, but THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION & IMPLEMENTATION ON THIS UNIT WAS THE POOREST I'VE EVERY SEEN. Before reordering a second unit, I contacted the seller (JackCube Design Customer Service Team) and they were useless, told me to reorder. Didn't address the design at all, just pushed to Amazon who distributed it. So, crap design, crap construction and poor customer service!
