My dad is really into cooking and loves spicy food so I got him this for Christmas. He loves it! The recipes are easy to follow and it has a wide range from very spicy to pretty mild. And its not just a cookbook for hot sauce! It has a lot of hot sauce recipes but it had food recipes that use them as well as just spicy food recipes. If you like hot food and cooking worth the buy for sure.

Bought this book for my sister-in-law who is a real fan of hot sauces. She really loved this book and was very excited to try all the recipes. I glanced through the book before I wrapped it and the recipes were easy to follow and didn't require exotic, hard to find ingredients. The pictures were lovely, too. Overall, a great book for your favorite chef and lovers of hot sauce. Bought hot sauce dasher bottles from Amazon at a good price to go with the book.

This book provides recipes for food, drinks & sauces of all types plus tips that we weren’t aware of. I love it & look forward what we’ll make from our garden this coming year!

While I expected a cookbook on how to make 60+ sauce recipes, it's mostly about making recipes with hot sauce. The recipes look good, it's just not what I expected.

Mr. Walsh’s best book is the one devoted to Chili. This is his second best. The sauces and entree’s are all worthy and fairly easy to execute. His oven wing suggestion has become my standard as I try and cut back a little on the saturated fats. Tasty stuff.
