I like that these are in a glass bottle for ease of recycling. The packaging gives the item a premium feel. Clear instructions on how to take and when. However, the tablets are bulky and I've found them hard to swallow (usually don't have any issues at all even with large capsules). So be mindful of this if ordering.

An excellent value totally absorable Magnesium supplement for Calming the nervous system. Especially effective for sleeping well if taken 30 mins to one hour before bed.

I have been taking magnesium for several years. A friend recommends me this with Bisglycinate. He said it helped him with back pain and other chronic pain problems when having 6 per day. I tried and felt no difference in pain management or any other difference. Everyone is different, but for me, it just did nothing that I am aware of.
