this book is well written for the layman.. Explains how energy and shungite heal the body.. Nancy has real life relevant information in her book about herself and Walt Silva dealing with vibrational healing - as well as the history of how this was discovered in the past and how it was suppressed by the government- because they use unhealthy frequencies to keep people chronically ill and less conscious.. I use the Shungite products from the Cosmic Reality Gaia web site - to keep me healthy.

This is an amazing book. It tells you everything about shungite you want to know. Shungite is like a magical stone that has truly mind boggling qualities. It saves bees and other insects from extinction. People who are using shungite report increased well being and feeling calmer and more relaxed.

The author's experience that brought her to the writing of this book is interesting alone and also of coursethe download of information on the history of shungite and its various properties. The one draw backwith this book is that is an ad for the products on the website that she created. There of course is nothingwrong with that except a portion of the book is designed to lead the reader to purchase her products by thevary nature of her products being designed in a unique way. I certainly find the information on shungitevery compelling particularly the fact that it has some history with mitigating EMFs. It could potentiallybe helpful for those who are electro magnetically compromised as she has some remediation products that aredeemed to help as well as products to mitigate WIFI, dirty electricity and radio frequencies. Her productsdo not impact on 5G technology. There is also a section on how shungite has been used to increase thebee population.

Cannot say enough about the power and wisdom in this book. Plus all suggestions were experimented and validated !
