I have used this brand for years. Some of my current collection have been recharged hundreds of times. Eventually they wear out and will not take a charge but by then you have saved a small fortune in regular alkaline batteries. I also have never had a rechargeable battery leak damaging the light or device. The capacity is less than an alkaline and the voltage is lower so some devices will not work with them, but most do.

Very reliable and durable

I'm using these to power the fairy lights on Forrest, my tree-for-all-seasons & in lamps I created from Weck canning jars. Each string of lights requires 3 AA batteries, so I purchased enough for the multiples to work out evenly, both for my lights & for recharging. The batteries last for several winter nights & I'm also pleased with their charger which doesn't reject my older eneloop rechargeables like Panasonic's charger does. As for their overall longevity it's too soon to tell, but so far, I'm happy with these & their ease of recharging.

Muy resistentes Duraderas

I bought 60 of these batteries a year ago. They perform great, long lasting, and only 2 or 3 batteries in 60 give me problems when charging, but otherwise work perfect. I have no idea why those three are problematic, they seem to lose contact with the charger, but if I play with them enough, they will take a charge and last just as long as the rest. The only other thing I can think of with these batteries is that they are a tight fit. So if you have a small battery tray in your devices it can cause an issue. I have a camera that I have fits trying to pull these batteries out of, and some of my Radio Control car controllers are hard to close. Beyond that, I love them. If I needed to buy more, for the price, for the quality Tenergy is the obvious choice.

I'm torn between rating these 3 or 4 stars. I bought them nearly 7 years ago, which is a good long time to use the same batteries. I should be satisfied, and I largely am. Except they are beginning to fail. I've had to toss three of them in the last couple of months. I've certainly gotten my money's worth. But if they are good for 1000 recharges, as described, then I would have had to recharge them one every 2.5 days for them to be failing already, which is far, far from the case. They also don't hold a charge for long if unused. Of course, they're not advertised as (or designed for) having a long shelf life like Eneloops, so there's that. But I've grown accustomed to the Panasonics, so I guess I'm spoiled.

I love this company! This is the second year in a row I have bought batteries from them. Their prices are very reasonable and these batteries last a long time before needing to be recharged. And customer service is outstanding!
