Works fantastic, providing a super great pump. I personally take 6 about an hour before my strength training workouts. I've been a fan of Cellucor No3 Chrome for MANY YEARS, and nothing seems to work as well for me. In my 55 years of bodybuilding, this is my go to supplement.

After several months of use, I can honestly say that I did not experience any effects from this supplement good or bad. I began using it based on the rave review that one of my training partners gave it. I trust this individual’s input greatly but I can’t say it did anything for me.
