Does not have a normal Shift key for left hand.
No large left side shift key. Instead, it has a backslash key there, and the small shift key is small and further out. Every time you use the left shift, you end up hitting backslash. The product picture is not representative, nor is the picture on the box it comes in.

You better remember where the keys are - A few months of use and they will all be blank
See the heading. You better remember where the keys are - A few months of use and they will all be blank Otherwise, this was a great keyboard but now useless. I did call Microsoft since it says it has a 3-year warranty. Well, guess what. This is considered normal wear and tear. Um, I think not. They used cheap decals or bad glue. Well, at least it was cheap but I would stick with a real name. Logitec, Dell, and HP keyboards have always lasted forever. I even have a Redreagon for gaming and that is fantastic.
