I suffer from lower back and nerve damage and have been looking for something to help my muscles with the difficulties of trying to get back into shape. I've been taking these for a few weeks now off and on. One week on, one off and one on, to see if they really are beneficial, and I have to say, yeah they really are. I've been taking them at night after my workout and the weeks that I have taken them I am not as stiff or lathargeic the next day. I can feel a difference. They are a must. I am so in love with these. I used to use a powder but I won’t ever use that again. These are so easy to take. There is no bad smell and no bad taste or after taste. The bottles are small so they don’t take up a lot of room and the pills are easy to swallow. I love the look of the label and the dark bottle. I have recommended these to my friends as well as when I run out I will definitely be buying more. It is also a good price for the two bottles. I am so happy I chose to try these products and that they have worked out so well. I have noticed better energy increase and easier recovery than with the powder that I was using.

These BCAAs work as expected. I generally take my BCAAs in powder form mixed into some water to take during my workouts and wanted to give capsules a try. I did notice a slight change in recovery times while transitioning between the two types but that was quickly resolved. Though I like mixing some tasty BCAAs into my water, I also like the fact that I can quickly take these with the rest of my pre/intra-workout stack and be done with it. My husband doesn't like having to carry two containers for drinking during a workout (one for just water, one for BCAAs) and tried them out after seeing the effects on me. Now he won't give them back! I would recommend this product to anyone serious enough to want to incorporate it into their regular routine.

BCAA Amino Acids have improved my stamina and endurance. With intense 1:30 minute workouts, I am not pushing myself as hard to get through those last thirty. Something I had struggled with since I started 8 months ago. I have been taking these for about 3 weeks before writing my review. I had been looking for a supplement to help with my post workouts so I wouldn't feel so worn out, and these seem to do the trick. The pills are average size and very easy to swallow (I usually have a hard time with big pills) and don't seems to leave any after taste like other supplements. I will definitely be ordering more of these for my husband to try too.

These make getting BCAAs in very quick and easy. I feel less sore after strenuous workouts than before when taking these. My only qualm is how much more expensive these are when compared to powders, but the added convenience makes up for it.
