I don’t Iike this bag. I’m a huge bag collector, mostly high end (I enjoy refurbishing vintage etc) so I would like to think I know my bags. The interior of this bag is soft, the strap I nicked my one day of using this bag from my finger nail, fumbling to find my mask and keys. This is not a practical bag If you have to enter it for any reason. I mistakenly used this bag 1 day at work, it carried all my things I needed and it has a nice pouch inside. However I also dropped something expensive that is now lost in NYC, because I THOUGHT I slipped it through the top. Nope, missed the bag and it’s gone. The bag is well made, the strap is annoying and overall this use is not practical for daily use at all. I don’t return my bags, I decided to use this for makeup in my dressing/beauty room, tucked in the closet and I can pull out when I need it. Overall, The inside is really soft and the bag is nice looking. I don’t like that there’s zero pockets inside but the clutch is helpful. I’m a very organized person with a very fast paced career and lifestyle, and this was not the bag for me. I wanted something cheap and more user friendly, again this is a nice bad and it is as described. I hate to rate a product poorly due to experience but I hope whoever reads this perhaps chooses a more practical CK bag as a tote. This bag was stressful trying to access it, and the straps just constantly curl and stick out.

Didn't realized how big the bag but, it would be very handy when traveling lite. Still very stylish & not over the top!

Must have .. be it utility for personal/professional. For the price, worth the brand and buy!!

1.5 months after and the strap broke

La bolsa es preciosa, aunque un poco grande para quienes no estamos acostumbradas a bolsas grandes, aún así es hermosa, me encantó!
