The remote ball doesn’t come out to clean so that makes it hard to clean which sucks. They’re is no way to take it apart to clean it either

Any woman who has had children knows the negative side effect it can have on your urinary tract. I got these hoping to strengthen my pelvic floor and end that problem. I want to be able to jump on a trampoline, go jogging, and sneeze without peeing my pants. Hopefully these do the trick. With number three on the way, I thought why not start now. Today I tried them for the first time. They are easy to use and soft. I love that they have a beginner ball and intermediate ball. After 20 minutes I could tell it is going to work!
