Like a lot of things that are good for you, (health wise) don't always agree with the taste buds. I can tell on many levels this stuff does as advertised. I mix it into my shakes or into my tea. Frankly, just put it in a half cup of warm water ( to make it dissolve a bit) and guzzle. Takes 5 seconds, you're worth it!! Yea it does taste like dirt, in a sense. The results outweigh the flavor.

I needed this to make some homemade recipe and I loved it. Got great results.

Product arrived as stated. I bought it to help control my glucose, as I read online and many a website that it would help. Well after 3 months, no effect. I increase dosage to 1 teaspoon am and PM and nothing to eat before it in AM and nothing to eat after in evening. No complaints about item description, but it didn't work for me or else product was not pure. Give it 4 stars as it isn't adverted to low blood sugar, but packaging claim it will maintain healthy blood sugar levels - NOT!

As others have stated it tastes like dirt. Mix with a small glass of water and down it fast. Nasty tasting medicine.

It is not edible. Full of sand mixed in it.

Not my favorite brand. I find it leaves a very grainy taste in my mouth. Rinsing the mouth or using mouthwash after intact is good for clearing away the grains.
