Brick Oven Ceramic Wood Pizza Peel (14-Inch)

This peel is far too heavy to use easily. It's thicker than it needs to be, indicating that the wood is of lesser quality.

The construction of the peel seemed very good. I liked the size as well. Unfortunately, it cracked after 2 months. I followed the maintenance carefully and oiled it properly. It did not fall it get banged up. The crack just appeared.

Have mineral oil on had for seasoning. Happy to own this tool.

Bought as a gift for friend. They are very happy with it.

Excellent pizza peel. I like the larger size.
