I’m 61 and starting g to see lines get more prominent. So far this tool is working pretty well. I use it the day of or day before I go somewhere. It lightly plumps my skin. Not sure if collegan is building or not however. Lastly I am having g troubles getting it to heat to the green blinking light. Reached out to customer support in hopes they can assist.

I have been using the product(following the frequency suggested in the manual) for over a month - no visible result. Plus, it burned my face (luckly no bruise, but was an extremely painful shock). How can i return this????

This is a great product for skin tightening. To smooth out wrinkles not nearly as good as botox. It leaves your face with good texture and glow. You can tighten your neck with too. However, I would get information on other, but I newer devices that work but require less of a time investment.

The machine works well for about one month, which is the window of return . After this time frame the product becomes inconsistent: too hot, too long to reach the optimal heat, etc. When contacted the seller to return the item they used every excuse in the book not to accept the return . I purchased it because Penn Smith recommended. I tried to contact Penn Smith but her contact information is not listed. I would guess because she avoids responsibility on the products she sells
