Master Chief Classic Costume, Medium (7-8), One Color

This costume is really great. I bought it for my 9-year-old to wear for Halloween this year, and it fits perfectly! The mask is awesome, too! It looks a little beat-up, just like it is in the game. It's funny - our son doesn't even play this game, but he really wanted the costume! It is good quality, thin material so make sure you get a size up if you are planning on wearing it in cooler weather. The size was right - we ordered a large for our son, who is about 4'10" and 95 pounds. The one thing I would note is that it really isn't a "muscle" costume like some of the reviews state. It is simply a thin material - no really padding like you might see on some of the costumes for younger children (i.e. Batman, Spiderman, Ironman, etc.). Nevertheless, it is a cool costume, and our son is VERY happy with it!

This was a great Halloween costume for my son. He is 13 (5'7") but he is tall for his age so I bought size 14-16. I am glad I did because he will only be able to wear it this year. 😅 The material is thin so I had him wear clothes underneath the costume. The pattern on the fabric is great and it is not see through.

The costume fit perfectly so I think it's true to size. I wish it had come with some sort of gloves. But my son found some at the store to match it. He had no problems with the helmet and said it was comfortable to wear, so didn't take it off all night. It lasted through trick or treating as well as some play around the house. The fabric is thin, so if your in a cold area get a size larger so you can wear clothes underneath. All in all a great value for the money. The costume held up so well I will be able to pass it along so someone else can use it next year.

My four-year-old wanted to be Master Chief for Halloween and we were delighted to find this! It arrived promptly and in safe packaging.The material was durable and fit my boy very well. He could wear his extra layers underneath comfortably for our chilly Minnesota weather! I was also most impressed with the mask. It's such a sturdy plastic that there is no doubt in my mind it's going to last a long time.Now that Halloween is over, my kids use these costumes for dressup and it's going strong with even their roudiest of activities! I highly recommend this for kids even outside the holiday!

I bought the x-large (14/16) for a 5 foot tall 10 year old. The length was just right. This one piece costume is a thin silky material with the armor design screen printed on the fabric. It is better fabric than most costumes, though still thin. It has three pieces of Velcro on the back that run from the neck to the waist. Excellent deal for this costume. My son was very excited as he does not like bulky or clunky costumes.We also ordered gloves to complete the look.

Great costume. Our grandson loved it! While out trick or treating I noticed so many kids checking out his costume & commenting on it.I purchased the gloves, shoe covers & full helmet separately. It does come with a 1/2 helmet which is pretty good but he really wanted the full helmet. He has played in this so many times & it is still holding up.

My 8 yr old loves this! He cannot wait for halloween! Good quality for the low price. First purchased him a medium but the one arm pad was sewn on wrong and was a little on the small side. Return was super easy! Reordered this in a large and now it's perfect with room to grow and wear multiple times. My son is a typically sized 8 yr old. The 7/8 would have worked but with the defect I returned and also went bigger just so he could wear more under it for a MN halloween.

I purchased this costume for my son because he has been playing with the Halo lego mini figures for over a year, every day. I chose this costume in particular because the mask looks so cool, despite the sketchy reviews on some customers not receiving the mask with the body suit. Fortunately, I DID receive the mask along with the suit today and was quite grateful. It's a great unique costume that my son loves. Let me be clear, I would have given more stars, but I don't think it is fair for the other costumers who did not receive the mask, so I subtracted a star. The fact that the mask is not a full helmet does not bother me. The mask so far seems pretty durable, and I know my son will use this after the 31st, just for playing around in the house. It is awesome because its kind of like a two-way mirror in that you cannot see the child's eyes when you're looking at it, but the child wearing the mask can see looking out (although he said it is difficult to see when there is low lighting). On the body suit: the sizing is great (size 4-6) for my 48lb/3ft 9in 5year old child. Sleeves and legs were 3 or 4 inches too long for him, but just fold it. Neck size when top Velcro is fastened is surprisingly small, almost too small for comfort, but fits my child just barely perfectly at the moment. Overall, the body suit is average and would benefit from a cool-looking muscular or more solid chest, which is why I didn't give the costume as a whole more stars. The arm shields on the side are a actually a nice touch that definitely add to the costume, but in a cheap/flimsy way. The body suit is typical; very thin and requires at least 1 layer of clothing under it if you plan to have your child outdoors at night in cool weather.

I LOVE the costume! Totally worth the sale price and I would have purchased it at regular price also! The helmet is excellent quality! The costume itself it’s easy to put on ! Only thing that I wouldSuggest is a holder for a sword! But we added one in! Worth the price.
