Awesome $50 graphics card
As far as gaming goes I think a lot of people are picky. Gamers always want more, but if your on a serious budget and stuck with integrated graphics or something similar than this is totally worth the buy, even if you do consider yourself a hard core gamer. I have managed to get all my games working much better (mostly medium settings) with way better framerates, ect. I even got my GTA 4 running on Medium settings in 720p with nearly flawless gameplay, which is a huge improvement over my old integrated Radeon HD 4250 with the lowest settings possible, super low resolution, and using GameBooster just to get it to a playable state. My other games include: Dead Island, Diablo II, Dishonered, Fable - The Lost Chapters, Fallout 3 & New Vegas, RollyCoaster Tycoon 3, Oblivion & Skyrim, & Spore all of which I've gotten to work with this card under low-medium settings with little to no performance issues, and without the need for random patches, ect. I had to use in the past to get these games working under my integrated graphics. You still may have trouble with a lot of the modern games. but it's better than 99% of integrated graphics I've ever seen, and again if your on a tight budget it's more than worth it in my opinion..Also I've noticed a lot of performance increase while using programs like Premiere, Flash & Photoshop CS6. There were always a lot of issues with various bugs, like freezing up when a project gets too big or I have too many windows open, ect. that I haven't seen since I got this card. For those of you who, like me, hadn't installed a graphics card over integrated graphics, make sure you first (before installing the card) boot into safe-mode, and disable your integrated driver (Right click my computer-->properties-->go to device manager in the left panel, under display adapters--> right click your driver and disable (WIN7))That being said, if your computer has a 400w+ power supply, I think you can get more performance out of the Radeon cards in the same price range. A lot of pre-built machines, like mine, have 300w power supply which this card supports, and the Radeon ones don't. If your not sure, search your computers make & model in Google and find the specs.

I <3 It!
I bought this card as an affordable upgrade to the on-board graphic's of my Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P motherboard. I've only been using it a few days,so don't expect an in depth review, with charts & specs, ect.( lol ) But anyone reading this knows, this video card isn't meant to be used as a hard core "gaming card",so those things aren't really relevant anyway. That said,it's a great card,I'm very happy with it! The card was a breeze to install and the driver's/software loaded from the cd and were easily recognized by Windows 7 64bit Professional and the card works great with Linux Mint 17.3. I'm not a gamer, but the difference between the look & performance of The Sim's 3 and Call of Duty 2 using this card were quite noticeable and impressive, considering it's low price! The other major thing worth mentioning,is the improved picture quality with video's & streaming HD movies.I don't have a blue ray player, but for those of you that do,this card's HDMI output allows you to get the full benefit of blue ray's 1080p resolution.

Great value and works good with Windows 10
After installing Windows 10 on my old Dell Studio XPS, I had constant issues, video drops and some of my graphics programs like Camtasia and Visio quit working. I had tried updating my GTS 240 graphics card with every update and learned that the directx 11 drivers that are embedded in Windows 10 were up to date. I finally started researching compatible video cards for Windows 10 and learned that older NVIDIA cards were not compatible and would not be updated. After seeing some good reviews on this card, I decided to buy, even though I thought the price too low for a decent video card. Even during install I had my doubts as this card did not use the additional power supply connection and was half the size. Installation took a while, typical of a graphics card, but there were no hiccups. Make sure you go to the Windows Updates in the Control panel after you install the DVD drivers, as it needed some additional updates. After a reboot, my computer is back to its old self- no hiccups, no typing freezes no video drops and no hesitation. My graphics programs are back as well! I have not tried it on games, but I would imagine you would want a more robust card (and system) for playing modern PC games. For the price and for what I needed, this was the ticket! 5-stars for good installation and price and performance!
