This belt has served me well for the last few years I've had It, I've used It very consistently and surprisingly the velcro has held up and Is still extremely strong. This Isn't a tool for extremely heavy loads but moderate weight It works fantastic for stability and overall comfort.. Whether you're wearing It at work or the gym It provides a very noticeable and strong support. I personally wear It for all of my lifts and a stronger belt for very heavy squats, It helps to brace into tremendously and definitely serves Its purpose for what It is..

Nice belt. It works really well and holds in place nicely. My sister in law uses the same one and she likes it also. It is true to size. I went down 1 size because I was in-between sizes and it fits well, but is on the edge. I am glad I went with the size down so I can continue to lose inches and it will be with me for a while.

Bought a medium about 18 months ago and used it for every heavy lifting session since. Even when I had technically outgrown it the fit and Velcro was that good, I could still get away with it. Have now bought a large and absolutely love it. Comfortable, stable, light, offers the right level of intra-abdominal pressure, does everything I could want. Quality is great and it will last for years.
