I have no problem using this pair of stethoscope. Compared side to side with my Littmann classic 3 (new membrane attached), no major difference noticed at auscultation of the heart (I2 dx/sin, I3 sin, I4 dx, I5 sin). Rec for students and beginners. I got Littmann as a noob because I didn't know better back then. Honestly, for BP and finding murmurs that actually require further investigation, this pair is enough (the floppy ones at the ward/ER/OR would also do the job). Get cardio 4 though if you are S3/S4 enthusiast or cardiologist(-wannabe). Or hey why not the one with bluetooth lol. P.S. It is entertaining to read some of the comments.

今までリットマン信者でしたが、この価格でも申し分なく使えています。循環器系などの精度の高い機能をお求めの方には向かないかもしれませんが。本体のチューブは変形しやすいです。ずっと首にかけて持ち歩き、曲がってしまいました。

Ottima alternativa al Littmann. Quando ero studente l’ho usato per i primi tirocini e andava bene. Poi cominciando ad affinare l’orecchio sono passato al Littmann Cardiology IV che ha tutta un’altra qualità, ma anche un altro costo. OTTIMO PER INIZIARE, FA EGREGIAMENTE IL SUO LAVORO E LA QUALITÀ DEI MATERIALI E BUONA CONSIDERATO ANCHE IL PREZZO MOLTO ACCESSIBILE!
