Customers who all are facing the constipation the right choice this psyillum husk (isabgol) .The Health benefits are more,it has fibre at high level so, it is super gut friendly for our body . This Taste was like Badam pisin (netural) . I after using i write a review the Effectiveness is Good . This product Sealed and Freshness. It is absolutely Value for money .The Authenticity was nice .But Concern also there, It is excessive fibre so drink plenty of water more after take this and In Amazon side packing was slightly damage make sure it will be Good next orders .

I cannot begin to describe how much I love this product. Taste is meh but results are phenomenal, I have had little bloating, almost no digestive issues, and digestion has overall improved. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with digestive issues
