Plastic Russian Pelmeni Form Ravioli Maker Dumplings by 1000 Melochey

I like this pelmeni maker. It works great. The dough never sticks and pelmenies are in great shape. It is NOT time consuming and easy to use. Highly recommend.

The mold was very easy to use. The filled pelmeni fell right out after rolling. It's very important to dust the mold with cornstarch before placing the dough on.

Bad quality, pieces of plastic stick out , too small , hard to fill

This is clearly very cheap. But does it's purpose.

I wish I can make slightly bigger pelmeni with this maker.

While in Russia I took a class on pelmeni and they offered a form for purchase. Not wishing to travel with the form, I chose instead to check online. By the time I arrived home my pelmeni form had arrived and the pricing was great and the product of good quality, better than the one offered at the class.

Have used once and worked as advertised. Made about 100 with it in a short time. When using be sure to dust the frame with flour before adding a sheet of pasta as this will help when removing the filled ravioli. My mom used to have this when I was kid. I'm glad I purchased this because when you are making pelmeni by yourself it's very time consuming. This cuts down the time.
