They made me sick
If I could put zero stars I would. I bought these after reading the reviews saying how great they were for stopping you feel hungry, and for giving you energy, as I don't believe any pills can help you lose weight. The first time I took them, I took 2 as instructed. Spent the entire day extremely hungry, and feeling sick. At one point I almost had to run to the toilet. So the next day I never took any - I felt fine. Each time I tried them afterwards, I only took 1 instead of the 2, and still felt extremely hungry and sick each day, and had no extra energy either. The hunger and sick feeling might subside after a few days consistently taking them, but I'm not going through that feeling again to try and see. Have felt fine since I stopped taking them. Not worth it.

Curbs eating but no weight loss
I have stubborn weight and wanted something to help shift my metabolism, so I tried this. I won't recommend it if you are looking for a product that will help you lose weight. If you are looking for something to curb your eating, it will help with that.

Like a Red Bull in a pill...but better
I am reviewing after taking these for 14 days. Up until Tuesday this week, I had started on 1 a day. I started one a day to ease my body in, as there is high levels of caffeine & Taurine, like in energy drinks, and reviews said to be careful if you have tummy issues, or anxiety/mental health issues, which I have but im keen to try them. Anyway, what I have noticed it gives me energy to move more, get things done I might struggle to be motivated to do, and less lethargic. With regard to weight loss, in 14 days I have lost 4lb. My only change in 2 weeks is starting a boxed cooking subscription, which measures precise portions so my evening meals are better, and controlled. My usual habits outside that are the same. Il.update after I start 2 pills a day. I recommend it if you need help to move things along for you.

Excellent for energy boost, and haven't lost weight but maintained weight regardless of bad days. Worth the money no side effects.
