If you are in menopause, this is very helpful. Give it a couple of weeks to build up and work in your body. My mood is better, sleep is a tad bit better, and I just overall feel like I can get through my day better. Great quality.

Used for a month and felt great, more motivation. Less talk overwhelm… forgot to take for a week or two and wondered why I was reverting back to low mood and motivation- then realized I was out of this stuff. Definitely makes me feel less stressed with all of the things I have going on in life and millions of tasks.

I noticed some people say that it doesn’t give them energy. I suspect that they were not unbalanced to begin with in the particular way that this supplement addresses. This supplement addresses support for adrenal gland fatigue. There is an HPA axis, the hormone cascade from brain to adrenals that can get out of whack and for some people it affects cortisol levels as well. Many conventional MDs don’t recognize adrenal fatigue until it’s at the level where you’re 100% not making any cortisol. But there is actually a curve to that failure and many people feel out of sorts and fatigued and rundown when they are less than optimally functioning and before they’re at 100% crashed. If it is only your adrenal glands, and you are early in the game, you might want just adrenal gland by itself, something like designs for health makes. I like this Adrenaplex because it also adds in other supportive things that influence the HPA axis. I take one every morning. If I don’t take it, I can start to feel like I’m getting run down: a sore throat, achy, sluggish, etc. (before I understood this, if I didn’t take it for a long time, I would get full out, full, blown sick and down for the count.) So I take it at/before the early signs of just feeling rundown. I have many health problems along the HPA axis, so this supplement or something like it is vital to me. If I have a busy heavy day, (& my health has been impacted enough that a “busy heavy day “for me is 6-7 hours of straight activity; I’m semi disabled even WITH this supplement but would be 100% disabled without it) I’ll take a second capsule, sometimes this brand, or sometimes another brand where it’s just the adrenal gland by itself without the additional support ingredients. I imagine if one takes too much of this, one would feel the symptoms of too much cortisol, too revved up, but I’ve never gotten to that state. Don’t take this lightly just for fun, it’s a serious ingredient. But also, don’t let yourself get so rundown that you need more than this, because that’s a serious condition. That’s my two cents. I like and trust this brand and this product.

I've used this supplement from Terry Naturally for a few years. I have issues with adrenal fatigue due to extreme stress and I'm hypothyroid. Whenever overall fatigue becomes an issue, Adrenaplex really helps to improve my energy. Whenever I've been lax about taking them, I can absolutely tell a difference. Obviously one or more of the ingredients is something my body really needs. I usually take 2 a day, but sometimes take an extra. I'm very pleased with the expiration on my 120 pill package. I received them SEP 2018 and they expire JULY 2021. Must be pretty fresh stock! I have some trouble swallowing larger pills and for me, these are pretty big. They are worth the effort to get them down, though, because they really do help. I'm including the pics so that it's easier for anyone else with swallowing issues to see the size. They are pretty much a full inch long and fairly thick. I started taking adrenaplex 1 capsule daily 3-4 years ago. I had low cortisol levels and was working ~50 hours a week, taking care of a big house and yard. I was overworked and my adrenals were not able to keep up with making enough cortisol any longer. I started having heart palpitations, air hunger (mainly after a workout or after work), & fatigue. My heart would pound a lot. I noticed my heart doing this even when i would go to bed. Within the first 24-48 hours after starting adrenaplex (1 capsule daily), my heart started to calm down and eventually the fatigue improved by 100% with just 1 capsule daily!!! It just took some time but i definitely noticed a difference right after starting it. I am so thankful i found it. I still take it but now I am slowly weaning myself off. I now take 1 capsule 4x/week. Eventually, i will wean off but i will never forget how much it helped me and i hope it helps others as well as much as it did me!!
