Overall, this seems like a great deal, compared to other lion's mane I bought. I have tried 3 or 4 other brands, and this is my favorite. 2300mg/day of lion's mane is highest dose I have seen (also the dose used in most clinical studies), and the other two are a nice bonus, plus this has black pepper extract. I don't like the lack of transparency regarding the source of the shrooms, how it's grown and whether it's all fruit or whatnot. Nevertheless, I will buy again, as it is a good deal. For the shrooms, I feel clearheaded and sharper in a way that I don't if I don't take it. I also feel like I have a better memory, as it seems long term memories are easier to retrieve. As an attorney who must think on my feet for a living, the benefits of this supplement are noticeable and much appreciated. I bought these capsules with the intention of improving my cognitive performance for my college courses. What I didn't expect, however, was how well it would stimulate my memory. I have only been taking these for about a week, but for the past couple of days, I have been remembering things that happened to me when I was very young, things that I had completely forgotten about. This has never happened to me before, and due to the timing, I have to assume that it is the Lion's Mane that is causing this. My memory has always been poor, but there is a noticeable difference from these capsules!

I bought these because it was cheaper than other lions mane. It does keep me alert and helps my mood swings. However, I got to stop using them because it upsets my stomach. I know is this pill because I stopped taking it for a couple of days and when I took them again, 6 hrs later my stomach was hurting again. Another thing is the odor. They smell really bad, like rotten fish and you can taste it as soon as you put it in your mouth. Even so I drank them but people who are picky with taste, beware.

Been adding this to my morning coffee when I feel like drinking it versus taking the pills and I love the taste of it in my coffee. Just an idea for anyone curious about taking them that way too. I feel calm and focused after taking these so I know they’re working. I’m a regular user of this Supplement brand because they’re high quality and inexpensive so I’m capable of sticking to a routine of keeping them stocked and taking them. Love this one in particular for all the benefits I’m feeling.

I like the way it desolve in my coffee and the price is amazing for the product and the taste is awesome as well! My only issue is the amount I purchased this three times and the servings are different per jar like less than what it's saying other than that I found my flavor and go to mushroom powder. I heard about this product from a relative and they gave me half bottle to try. I noticed some difference, but want to continue longer to see if I have the cognitive results that I've heard others have experienced. I took anti depressants for over 20 years and have been off of them for about 3 years.
