It should as that is the same materials as other epoxy but it has UV inhibitors.

Q: Can this be used to tint tenax domo 10 epoxy, which i assume is not pure white when dried?

yes you can, but if you use that glue tinted white in deirect sunlight it will still yellow. What is your appliation?
