I have used this product for a year. I believe the source of calcium is more natural than products I have found on line and in the drug stores.

I have a touch of osteopenia, which is the beginning of osteoporosis. My holistic nurse practitioner recommended this type of calcium, saying it was far superior to any other, and highly absorbable. I have only been taking it for a few months. Won't know if it is working better than the calcium I used to take until my next bone density scan, which is why I only gave it 4 stars.
