I have been using this supplement for a couple of years. I use it as backup for days when I don't eat perfectly or don't get a chance to take my little box of multiple vitamin supplements. I am very picky about my supplements. I want them to have proper proportions of the nutrients they supply, and I want them to be vegan.I am mostly through my transition to full veganism. I make most of my protein sources at home from scratch, including beans, seitan, tofu, and high-protein breads. In a lot of dishes there is something missing from the taste. I got a notion that that "something" is the particular nutrition found in meats and dairy, and that gave me the notion that I should simply add in some vitamins directly to the food instead of just swallowing the pill without tasting it. So while I am cooking I open a capsule or two of these multivitamins and add it to whatever I'm making. It improves the taste and aroma quite a lot! This isn't my only supplement; I already take most of the vitamins in this supplement, in much higher doses. But this combination seems to be just right for rounding out the flavors of my meals.

Like this brand "Country life" mainly because of the capsule form. I feel this helps in digesting the vitamins I take. I do not like the hard rock like vitamins that may not disolve and end up in the toilet. Price seems resonable in comparison to other brands. I like that it is free of dyes, yeast, and a list of things I don't want in my vitamins. Read the label for more information. Will buy again.

I've been taking this multivitamin for several months. While I can't report anything scientific about vitamin uptake (neither can anyone else without a seriously-controlled study), I can report that I'm no worse off. My iron levels remain high when tested, despite the fact that I eat no meat. I don't appear to have issues associated with vitamin B deficiencies, so I would assume that at least some of the vitamins here are making it into my system. I can also report no ill-effects that might come from an unsanitary facility or poor quality control.Consumer reviews of vitamins don't really have any more value than testimonials about anything else. They're not likely to know how well this vitamin performs until they autopsy me, and I'm not eager for that particular test. In any case, this vitamin appears no worse than any other multivitamin. Many veggie vitamins require you to take a handful of capsules. This requires only one. That's a win.

This multivitamin keeps me healthy and I feel great. Provides all the nutrients one might need, especially for someone who does not eat a lot of meat. Aftertaste is interesting, but not unbearable. I've tried many vitamins before, and this is the only multivitamin that has not made me nauseous or ill after taking it.

This product made me gain solid weight not sure what is in it ..but everything thick..but did give me lots of energy and alertness

I was looking for a vegetarian capsules and i originally bought it from a local store and I liked it . I forget to take it eveyday but even that when I take it, I do see some difference. Since price was better on Amazon, so I have decided to get it from here with free shipping. As usual with Amazon very speedy delivery.

The smell and taste of these made me nauseous...I tried for a week to choke them down past my gag reflex, but sadly had to toss them. I'll go back to my yummy country life chewable multi.

This is one recommended at my health store. Country Life vitamins are excellent.
