Wonderful, does not hurt my stomach.

I’m on my second bottle! I take three a day. Helps with histamine load in my system and overall good health. No issues at all!

Product is exactly what I wanted but I didn’t know what to expect. Text description indicates 100 count quantity, picture shows 250 quantity in bottle. I purchased hoping that the picture was correct and it was. Bottle did contain 250 capsules. Good deal for that price and quantity.

Such a great price at Amazon, especially compared with WF! Purchased this large bottle for the same price as the smaller one there. We chose this one because it is certified GF. It has been easy on the stomach, especially important when we were all C loading after my mother had exposed us all to a virulent form of flu last month. We took 500 mg an hour as this is all the body can absorb, no sense taking higher dosages at once unless it is timed release. Not one of us became ill. Of course, we all have optimized D levels, and do not eat a lot of sugar items that are taxing to the immune system.

I've been taking these particular Vitamin C tablets, daily, for at least 20 years. Sadly, I've noticed the quality of their products (especially these tablets) go dramatically downhill in the past year. I heard the same from a local health food store, as well as learned this brand recently obtained new ownership/management. I've ordered this particular product SIX times over the past few months (from Amazon, a vitamin retailer, and directly from the manufacturer) ... and all six times, the tablets have arrived yellowed & foul-smelling. (For comparison, they are supposed to be white/off-white in color and have little-to-no-smell). Despite the obvious fact that they are arriving oxidized (at the least), I've even tried taking a couple of these off-putting tablets, only to then have a bad stomachache the rest of the day, and even feel as though my breath was adversely affected as well. I reached out directly to the company a couple of months ago (about the bottle I ordered directly from them), only to have them respond that the product was perfectly fine... which it clearly is not. It's just sad; they were a stellar company for many, many years.

This product seems good for basic vitamin C and the "buffered" part has certainly done the job to avoid acid reflux type symptoms I had with other vitamin C products. The only reason I downgraded to 4 instead of 5 stars is that every bottle I've gotten--3 or 4 by now, has at least 2 broken tablets. I throw them out rather than taking a chance that they will scratch my throat going down.

Great value for the money. Perfect size bottle for a family.

It is easy to swallow and it does not bother my stomach. Everyone needs extra vitamin C . No one gets enough from their diet.
