The product arrived fresh and matched the colour shown online. The heat level and taste are alright. I stored it in a dark cupboard, tightly closed but it turned dark reddish-brown surprisingly quick. I would've continued to use it but it smelled different too (which didn't seem safe for consumption), so I was forced to throw it out after ONE use. This was my first Urban Platter purchase so, not a good start. Is this a must buy? No, it's just an average product that can easily be replaced with a mild red chilli powder.
