ACDelco Gold 18E1034 (19175563) Rear Drum Brake Wheel Cylinder

Perfect replacement for my 1988 Full Size Blazer K5.

Buying ACDelco parts is the first step to a good repair result. Perfect fit and function. I am old school and the kits for the wheel cylinders were how I used to do this repair years ago, but now, entirely new wheel cylinders are less than $1.00 more than the kits. It just isn't worth it.

Everything about this cylinder was a good fit except for the brake line connection. My old cylinder had a port that went straight into the brake line. The new one was faced at a little bit of an angle. I had to bend my brake line tubing to get the tube nut to line-up and start. But I pulled it off without having to replace my old brake line. I'm happy with my purchase. You really have to to pay attention to the proper fitment as many of these parts look like they should fit but don't. Pay attention to your vehicle filter!
