Great Solution
Product came with some nicks and cosmetic flaws. It appeared to have been used before. Ramp works well in a small space. I highly recommend for those who don’t have room to build a ramp. The smaller lengths would be very easy to transport. This folds down to 60” and weighs 60#. As a 57 year old female, I can move it easily enough, but it would be a tight fit in my sedan. I needed the longer length due to the three step rise. Don’t skimp on length. It definitely helps with transporting someone up and down the ramp in a wheel chair. I did stabilize the ramp with concrete blocks underneath it in three spots. I don’t feel it wouldn’t hold the load, it just felt like it “wiggled” side to side too much to give true stability. Super easy to install. I plan to purchase in smaller lengths for other areas of our home and when for my wheelchair bound husband and I travel.

Needs added support for a semi permanent install but otherwise it’s fine
I got the 12’ version. Is it a bit flimsy out of the box? Well yes, this is meant to be a portable ramp. It does flex especially in the middle but if it’s attached at the top with the 2 pins provided (or better yet screws) it’s fine although a bit nerve wracking. I needed a more semi-permanent solution for my Mother so I added some supports I made from treated 1x6 and used masonry screws into the brick and mortar. Now it’s super solid and doesn’t flex at all.

Works well for going over 3 steps (18" height).
We have been using this ramp for just over a year now, and it has served us well. Allowed my wife to get in and out of the house when using a walker, and now that she has graduated to a cane, it makes it easy for her to get in and out without dealing with the stairs. We have it covering 3 steps into the house, so a slope of 18" over 12 ft. It is heavy, so it took 2 of us to set it up, but it was easy to unfold and set in place. It is too flexible without adding a center support under to middle of the ramp. I found a concrete block plus some wood shims worked well to prevent excessive flexing when "walking" up and down the ramp. There were holes on the side rail that allowed me to screw it to the wood side of the porch, which has prevented it from moving or sliding in use. It is too heavy to consider as a portable ramp for frequent moving between locations, even though it does fold in half bot ways.Money well spent to allow my wife to easily get into and out of our house after her discharge from the rehab facility.

Scary!
12 ft ramp has not middle support and it bounces, creaks, moans, and makes cracking noise like it is breaking....but it isn't. It should come with middle braces. I had to use bricks to support it.

This is dangerous do not buy!
If I could give this a zero I would. We bought this for a family member who needed ramp support . We have only used it once but it’s like a death trap. It has been on our steps now just in case of an emergency and just by the UPS man walking on it has shifted many times. I had to put a sign on it do not use this ramp due to liability. It is so flimsy my son-in-law had to put blocks underneath the middle to support it. It looks like it has two hooks at the top that are missing pieces, but all that is is a place to put a Velcro strap. If you want to fold it up and take it someplace. The sides are not near high enough for a wheelchair. it took four of us to get The patient down the ramp safe safely. Hopefully we will be able to remove it in the next couple of weeks as a recuperation is going well, but I am putting this warning out … do not buy this! I can’t imagine somebody actually having to depend on this thing. It’s expensive and it’s terrible. The physical therapist that I’ve been coming to the house are appalled by the quality of this product. Buyer beware.

Excellent Product
High quality, heavy, strong with non-slip coating on top surface for safety. Does not bend in any way when being used- which, for our weights combined is 444 lbs. Can be folded and taken to other locations as long as your vehicle is big enough for it. It has stayed outside for 4 months in rain, humidity and heat and has not rusted or had any problems. I am absolutely happy with every aspect of this product. The price is reasonable for the product received and I would recommend.

Works, but flimsy
When we received the ramp, it looked like it had been used once we set it up. It had scratches and gouges, but we were in need of something. Used it three times, and every time I pushed my husband up or down, we were afraid it would collapse. It's sitting in our garage and wanted to return it, but the company said they would charge for return shipping. Don't know what to do next.

Best for the price!
I needed at least 12 ft and this was the longest one I could find. Decent quality, easy installation, everything but a drill is included. It bounced and creaked, and dipped a little at the seam. I had a small platform built using a 2"×6" board to shore up the center and now it doesn't bounce and is even sturdier.
